　　2022年是八一建軍九十五周年。我有幸被原中央軍委付主席上将迟浩田将军邀请参加关书画展活动。正值"中國航母文化节”，航母文化特刊在特别专栏内，用一整版篇幅，以"航母文化軍旅艺术巨匠一一王静芬、迟浩田”为标题，向全軍进行了報导，並给我发来了“八一勋章”。迟浩田将軍还授于王静芬“中华英杰”金匾一方。

　　2022 marks the 95th anniversary of the founding of the August 1st Army. I was fortunate to be invited by General Chi Haotian, Vice Chairman of the former Central Military Commission, to participate in the Guan Shu Painting Exhibition. On the occasion of the "China Aircraft Carrier Culture Festival", the special issue of aircraft carrier culture used a full page in the special column to report to the whole army under the title of "aircraft carrier culture and military art giants Wang Jingfen and Chi Haotian", and sent me the "August 1st Medal".
